One campus, ten bookable spaces. Every booking is hosted by an in-house stage manager or engineer. 30+ gated parking spots, 24-hour access by arrangement, salon and green room free with photo and film rentals. A three-wall hard white cyc with natural skylight ambience and drive-in access through the roll-up door. Product, fashion, automotive-scale sets, and clean commercial looks all live here. Repaint and color-change options keep the wall camera-ready for every shoot.

The big room. Blacked-out walls, warm wood floor, track lighting, and silent HVAC so sound rolls clean. Built for full commercial productions, music videos, and set builds that need room to breathe. A practical kitchen built for camera: working appliances, a hero island on a turntable-dark inlay, open shelving for dressing, and a lighting truss overhead. Food content, lifestyle brands, cooking formats, and branded content shoot here without building a set first.

Theatre photo refresh in progress: the shots here show the building while we reshoot the room, book a walkthrough to see it live. Acoustic-panelled black box with a raised platform stage. Run private screenings, client reviews, and dailies at the screening rate, or light it and shoot at the filming rate. Two rooms in one booking flow, pick your use when you book.

Broadcast mics, monitors, neon-ready backdrops, and treated acoustics. Our in-house engineer runs every session so you walk in, sit down, and record. Built for podcasters, YouTubers, and creators on a weekly cadence, video setups welcome. Most sessions land between $850 and $1,250 all in, and the price card shows your exact total before you book. Green room is free with every radio booking.

The building doubles as a location library: a red-wall salon with barber stations, a turf lounge, a marble lobby with a sculptural staircase, hallways, and lived-in corners. One rate covers filming across the in-house locations, with a stage manager guiding the day.

Production Office

Desks, TV hookups, and room to run a production. Take a communal office for your coordinators and PAs, with bathrooms, the kitchenette lounge, and parking right there. Free upstairs workspace comes with any production rental.

The Residency
from $1,250 per month
A quiet, private suite upstairs, built for a producer, editor, manager, or small creative team that wants a real workspace inside a working studio. Take the office on its own, or bundle campus access and shoot your stage days downstairs without ever moving your base. Stage-day credits, weekend access, and exclusivity get set at signing. Creators: ask about bundling recurring Radio Room sessions into your month.

Day rate = 12 hoursA booked day is a 12-hour window. 15-minute grace after contracted load-out, then overtime bills at time-and-a-half for room and crew. Night load-ins between 12am and 6am bill at time-and-a-half automatically.
Deposits + payment50% of the estimated total is due at contract signing and converts your soft hold to a hard hold. Balance is due no later than load-in. A credit card on file is required for every booking.
Cancellation24-hour grace window after booking: 100% refund. 8+ days out: 100% refund. 7 to 3 days out: 50% refund. Under 48 hours: non-refundable. Force majeure: 100% refund.
Insurance$1,000,000 general liability certificate of insurance is required for all rentals. Your COI can be arranged through short-term production insurers, we can point you to options.
Crew + cleaningAn in-house stage manager is required on stage bookings ($150 flat). The stage manager is your host: they open the building, run your load-in, and stay available through your day. Not a supervisor, a resource. The radio room engineer is required on all sessions ($75/hr, 6-hour minimum). Cleaning fees are refundable pending load-out inspection, except theatre and radio room which are non-refundable. $150 restocking fee if furniture is not reset. Bulk items left behind bill $200/day storage.
